Lavender & burns
Lavender is great with helping to calm and relax, what I learned recently is that it is also great for burns. A couple of weeks ago I was making soup for dinner and some of the soup splashed out of the pot and landed on my foot, burning through my sock. So I quickly took off my sock rubbed some lavender on the top of my foot, and that was that. The pain was gone and so was the red mark.
